Complaint: I contacted chase credit card services on XX/XX/2023 regarding an issue with misadvertised XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX reimbursements. During that call I used a hearing assisted device due to my documented hearing loss. The agent told me several times that I could not use a recording device on the call since I sounded far away despite my assuring her that I was only using a device to assist with my hearing. Chase then refused to fix my issue. I called back to make a complaint about the blatant discrimination and was told it was being handled as the highest priority. despite several calls back though I have still not received a resolution and it's been almost a month.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I deposited a check from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$7700.00}. When I deposited the check my account balance became {$8200.00}. Chase Bank deemed the check as fraudulent because they were unable to verify the check through a XXXX party company and closed my checking account ending in XXXX on XX/XX/2023. They ( Chase Bank ) sent me a check for {$550.00} instead of the {$8200.00} which was my account balance at the time of closing. On XX/XX/2023 I met with the XXXX XXXX XXXX about the above stated concerns. She spoke to the President of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX verified that he endorsed the check, the Chase customer service rep told the bank XXXX that she could not use that as verification and she did not provide a reason as to why. My Chase checking account has been closed since XX/XX/2023 and they ( Chase Bank ) has yet to release my funds. I`ve called Chase on numerous occasions and I still do not have answers nor have they provided me with a legitimate reason why they have not returned my funds.

Complaint: And unauthorized withdrawal was made on 2 accounts on XXXX CHASE XXXX funds were not returned and XXXX funds were returned.I have my ATM cards for both accounts. For the account XXXX a withdrawal was made on XX/XX/11 for {$350.00} because who ever was helping me the person 's decision was overridden. No one from Chase has called to tell me who took the withdrawal plus I filed a police report which was faxed. I am a retired person and I need my money. A total of {$2200.00}, was taken from me. I also, had an appointment at XXXX when the withdrawals were mede for proof. I do not understand how a withdrawal can be made and the teller does not ask for identification. According to Chase I gave my PIN out which I did not.
