Complaint: Did not receive Chase {$900.00} Bonus for opening new Checking + Savings accounts. Terms : Chase is offering a checking & savings bonus worth up to {$900.00} * Receive a bonus of {$300.00} when you open a Chase Total checking account and have a direct deposit post to the account within 90 days. * Receive a bonus of {$200.00} when you open a Chase savings account and deposit {$15000.00} or more in new money within 30 days and maintain a balance of {$15000.00} for 90 days. * Receive an extra {$400.00} bonus when you complete both of the above bonuses. XX/XX/2023 - Opened Chase Total Checking and Savings accounts XX/XX/2023 - Deposit {$15000.00} into Savings account XX/XX/2023 - Direct Deposited {$100.00} into Checking account Never received any bonus. Called Chase customer service and provided coupon code " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '', but was told the coupon code had expired. A case was opened by Chase customer service, but never got a reply. Complaint: I made a purchase on XXXX for {$43.00} on XX/XX/23, and the full payment was deducted from my bank account. However, a few days later, the same payment of {$43.00} appeared as pending in my bank account, affecting my available balance. Despite contacting XXXX, they couldn't see the pending payment without a screenshot, which I couldn't provide due to the Chase app 's restrictions allowing you to take screenshots on an Android phone ... After contacting Chase, they assured me the funds would be available the next day, but that didn't happen. Subsequent calls to Chase resulted in them acknowledging the issue but explaining that, since the payment was pending, I had to wait for it to post which could take XXXX to 5 days before they could address the refund. Despite being pending, the amount was still affecting my available balance for other purchases. Chase claimed their hands were tied due to the pending status. I never authorized the XXXX payment and find it unfair that even though it was only " pending " That this amount of {$43.00} was affecting my bank account balance and Chase was only able to takes actions days later.

Complaint: I found fraudulent unauthorized activity to my Chase checking account. I reported it to their claims department. They refunded 2 of the charges but did not refuse the largest and most recent charge saying it was past the 60 day limit of initial fraud activity. The web is of the unauthorized charges is the same of each charge and is from a XXXX user web id. The most recent {$410.00} charge was XX/XX/XXXX. They said they will not refund this m, though it is fraudulent activity, and the refunded the other 2 from the same XXXX use web id. I called XXXX and they shut down my account due to fraud and told me I had a XXXX balance anyway. I do not use XXXX, though I have an account. XXXX told me it was chases responsibility to help me get my money back. Chase said it was XXXX responsibility. I have not gotten my {$410.00} back.
