Having been a customer of what I always considered [-] bank for more than 50 years, I am now seriously considering moving all [-] accounts to a different bank. I would also not recommend this bank to anyone for personal or [-] banking.
I called in for help setting up [-] online banking because [-] web site keeps [-] up and kicking [-] out. [-] Schonauer was very snotty and kept interrupting [-] telling [-] over and over what I was doing wrong. I told her many times that [-] website wouldn't let [-]. She kept repeating [-] instructions louder each time. I [-] I need to change banks and [-] up on [-] loudmouth [-]. I googled [-] reviews and saw where many other people were having [-] same trouble with [-] website so she must have heard this before. Out of spite she reported [-] debit card lost and [-] carded [-]. Now I can't use [-] card and have to wait for a [-] one. You need to fire her. With her bad attitude I'm sure this is not [-] first complaint about her. If anything [-] happens to [-] account because of this review I [-] be suing PNB.
Disappointed [-] November, 2019 3pm [-] 21st street branch in Newark only one week before went to ATM wouldn't take card never does went inside told young [-] at counter [-] knew, [-] following week went to drive through 4 cars only ONE [-] [-] one [-] pulled out 30 minutes later dropped tube 10 minutes later and two cars later I watched pull in [-] around drive through pull in spot come back out and then finally young [-] got to [-] same one as last week. whatever happened to PNB and there loyalty here customers? they use to have tellers that cared about there customers. This one customers that has been loyal and a customer for over 30 years VERY DISAPPOINTED
I want to thank [-] O. for all that she did to help [-] become a member of Connexus credit union and transfer [-] [-] CD to Connexus.
She gave [-] step by step instructions that were easy to understand and she promptly returned [-] call or email if I had any other questions.
I've never been treated with such [-], professionalism and sincere concern.
