Very inconvient!!!!!
Great Bank Customer service is Fantastic over [-] phone or in [-] Branch offices they listen to your [-] and help till you get satisfied.
Terrible
We have a [-] [-] with NBT and we have hit a financial issue due to [-] sudden disability and multiple surgeries. We have asked for help with our situation from NBT with our [-] [-], explained our situation and we just need adjusted payments for a few months until [-] disability money comes so we [-]'t lose our only form of transportation and NBT flat out refuses to offer us any help. Just tells us to make our full payments or they [-] repo our [-]. This bank has no heart! Not only am I disabled but our 6 year old [-] is as well. We live 20 [-] from town. This [-] is our life support and we can't lose it. We just need a little help and understanding but they refuse. Totally disgusting!
