Your hours of operation are hurting your clients. Will have to change banks.
Absolutely terrible, they do not care about their customers and will make NO effort to help when they screw everything up. Just go somewhere else
WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I will tell everyone I know to pull their business with this bank. I will be pulling all my business from this bank. Horrible awful customer service. They wouldn't waive a one time fee for me during a pandemic and I had NEVER had an overdraft previously. To say I'm mad doesn't even come close and I work for a bank! HORRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another bank. ANY other bank,
Headquarters banking policy seems to be different at each branch. It's confusing to decipher.
Tuesday April 22 I called the Arvest customer service line (and I use the term "service" loosely) to inquire about my overdraft protection because my dad was on his way to Little Rock, AR for emergency open heart surgery and I needed gas and a little cash to go. I was told via your representative that all I to do was sign up for that he could do it over the phone but it would take a couple days or I could go to a local branch at it would be available "immediatly". Long story short I write a total of three checks thinking I'm covered. Apparently I'm not covered because I'm negative 51 dollars and my checks have been returned. Now I get to pay returned check fees at 25 dollars a pop. Either your customer service reps are poorly trained, stupid, don't care or are just flat out liars. I don't have a lot of money and I'm confident a company of your size will not miss business. I will be opening an account with a local community bank in the coming days. Thanks for the added stress Arvest! Home town banking my as*
