Complaint: I had an unsecured credit builder card through a company named First Progress. I paid the card out, received a refund, and also closed the account in XX/XX/XXXX. I have a XXXX balance on the account and it is still reporting as negative to the credit bureau XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives on different occasions with the most recent date on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that I have a XXXX balance in there system but they don't know why its reporting as 90 days late on my credit report. I was told to call one of their collection agencies named XXXX to see if they could tell me what's going on but they representative there said she couldn't find me anywhere in her system. It didn't make sense that a collection agency would have my Info since the account is paid in full, but I followed their instruction on that. I have documentation from my credit report to prove that this account is NOT 90 days late and that there is in fact a XXXX balance. I would like for the company to send me a XXXX balance letter to my home address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Al XXXX and also remove this account completely from all credit bureau reports.

Can't log on?, stated denied. This is [-] second time this has happened. Need help.

Legal department is not good considering customer needs and asstance in banking issues such as addressing probate information and family banking issues. Customers come last.
Obtained refinance mortgage from family estate. [-] process was 4months [-] of which we were required to sign copy fax a rediculous amount of our own [-] and time. Things that in [-] past have all been completed at closing. Now post closing by 6 weeks we have been contacted to send more letters and bother our busy siblings for letters to assist in selling of [-] mortgage to another vender. All that we have been asked to accommodate you with was included in [-] closing. [-] [-] has been unorganized and not friendly to customers. Lost this family [-] sorry.
North [-] beach sc [-] worst bank in [-] world can’t even get [-] a bank card ! So I closed [-] account after 20 or thirty years they didn’t even try to talk [-] out of it nothing but trouble out of this bank!!!!!!!!!!! Branch manager was awful!!!!!
[-] Destin Synovus bank needs a more friendly manager, [-] is excitable, suspicious, insulting and rude!
