ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE HOLD TIME WITH SECURITY [-]. WAS ON HOLD FOR 3 AND A HALF HOURS AND NO ONE CAME ON [-] [-], WE CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD SORRY, YOU HAVE TO HOLD AS [-] AS IT TAKES, UNACCEPTABLE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMWR SERVICE AS WELL. WE CALLED BECAUSE WE HAD NOT RECEIVED A STATEMENT. THEY [-] THEY [-]'T [-] OUT STATEMENTS! WE ARE A [-] CUSTOMER, SO OUR CREDIT PAYMENT WAS LATE.

[-] errors on [-] mortgage is disgraceful. i spoke to several supervisors, one in particular, [-], is very [-]. [-] monthly mortgage is debited each month for [-] last 11 years from [-] account and she wanted to charge [-] a late fee on [-] mortgage for their mistake. i;ve had 2800 in [-] account by mistake, after i called to tell them that wasn't [-] money, they never [-] thank you or [-] explanation of [-] and why [-] money was in [-] account. there is a $532.00 today in [-] in [-] savings, it's not mine. i spoke to [-] again and again she was [-] and rude to [-]. it's seems like that [-]'t care for black ppl. there errors and they are mean and [-] to [-]. [-] organizaton this size i expect better and more.

Called for a mortgasge [-] nin [-] it was setup on [-] account at [-] end of [-] all [-] required documents were submitted and reviewed by 9 SEP. Now it is DEC 16 2020 and [-] [-] stil has not closed and [-] Mortgage [-] says it might not close until [-] 2021. This is rediculous. I called to make a complaint, and was transferred to [-] same people I was complaining about. thius [-]... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I Feel [-] Need To Leave This Review I Have Contacted 1888 842 6328 Spoke To Several People On Several Different Occassions I Also Visited A Branch About [-] Issue I Have Also Bringing With [-] [-] Supporting Documents I Was Told This Problem Would Be Resolved Still After Almost A Month And Half It Still Exist No One Could Seem To Help [-] I Would Greatly Appreciate If I Could Get A Phone Call From Anyone Part Of NFCU That Can Help 267 784 9835

Where's our federal credit union ?

Out of touch and horrible support.So today I try and log on to [-] Navy fed web site and find that I must now answer and establish 5 of 10 [-] challenge questions before I can log into gym own account. Problem is their questions, 7 out of [-] 10 I cannot answer. Instead of [-] being able to type [-] own question and then answer it, I am forced to answer their questions, like when did [-] parents get ammried, when was [-] dads birthday, what colors were at [-] prom. REALLY ? Then I am told to make up answers and to write yhem on a piece lof [-] so I [-] remember them, REALLY ? Then I am told to put them into [-] phone, REALLY ? This is not [-] only issue I have with them and after many years of being a member I am done.

This bank is a [-], anybody who uses this bank for everyday banking is making a big mistake, I would give a [-] [-] if it let [-]
