I went to [-] branch in hopes of letting NFCU Visa department to expect charges on [-] wife's card in [-] Vegas and San [-]. I explained to [-] reception what I needed and was told I could [-] it by phone I told her I had tried and that's why I'm here she took [-] name and [-] someone [-] be with you. I waited a few minutes got aggravated and went outside and finally got it taken care of on [-] phone. I went back to [-] receptionist and she seemed surprised I left at that point I [-] this reminds [-] of Vystar which left years ago. I've been a member since 1973 but customer service seems to be sliding.
