Bad Customer Service is what I experienced after having [-] account [-] less than a week I had made a purchase with Verizon but was 720.00 more than I authorized and after asking BTC to hold payment which they refused or gave [-] 0 time to straighten out [-] Verizon account. I need a bank that doesn't give [-] money away

Sadly after 2 years with this bank I had to drop them. [-] cashiers were rude and not very helpful. I just had enough. Especially since there are friendlier banks in town.
