Pinnacle Bank

Pinnacle Bank is probably one [-] worst banks ever dealt with. Charge unnecessary fees, refuse to admit to their mistakes. Most employees rude and not very knowledgeable.

Worst bank ever. Rude, lie, steal, overcharge unnecessary fees, cheat, lack knowledge. Horrible bank.

Very poor attitude and customer service on [-] part of [-] 800 number for customer service. Spoke with three people there, [-], [-], both of whom told [-] they were supervisors, and [-], who told [-] that [-] was told not to even try to help [-], but to transfer [-] to [-] local branch. Was told by [-] that both that alerts set up on account randomly expire and stop working, with no way to know that that happened, and no notification. and [-] only fix is to periodically [-] in and delete them and set them up again. I called [-] local branch to double check that info, and told I had to speak to [-] branch manager as she was [-] only person who knew about that. I was put on hold for a [-] time in two separate calls, and gave up. Alerts should not randomly stop working. What kind of a system is that?

Awesome bank. Highly recommend. Innovative ITM service. Excellent customer service.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They were rude and then forgot to order [-] debit card for 3 weeks, causing some of [-] bills to be late.
