First Interstate Bank Does not back up what they advertise. They flunk Banking 101 "we [-] [-] your money safe". I was with bank of [-]. they folded in I was automatically sent to bank of [-] cascades without being asked. They folded and First Interstate took over. I stayed because I was already there. Three months ago someone answered [-] right questions and was given [-] to [-] accounts. They listed two names that could have [-] to all [-] banking info and they did. Nobody called [-] to make sure that this was a legitimate process. They just went ahead and listed them on [-] account. Money was stolen credit cards were gotten. If it was not for a lady from customer service it would have kept happening. She instantly knew what happened and walked [-] through [-] steps to see who had [-] and showed [-] [-] to take them off. this happened by accident when I called a number and explained what was happening.. On [-] 12th of this month I noticed that money was missing again.I went to [-] Bank but it was closed for [-] employee holiday or something as such. So I called [-] number on [-] mobile app. I explained [-] problem. [-] lady put [-] on hold was gone for a few minutes and came back. She stated that another person was going to help [-]. She found that somebody that works for [-] bank sent [-] money to another bank. a total of $3500. two transactions, 1500 and 2000. I also noticed that there were others for very small amounts of money, change like two cents 35 cents etc, Those are not [-] exact amounts but they were there before [-] large [-] amounts. Anyway she [-] [-] yo [-] bank and let them know and they would take care of it. I did they did not. They sent off a document explaining [-] situation. They did not attempt to remedy [-] issue or even apologize. Two work days lapsed. No refund. I went into [-] bank. and asked for [-] manager. I was informed she was out until Monday. I asked for a contact number for corporates office and was told that I had to [-] through [-] chain of command, I informed them that I just tried. well whats [-] problem [-] teller asked. I told her I want a person in charge. she [-] [-] is second in command. I spoke to her yesterday. And got nowhere. I looked on [-] mobile app. and got a contact number that I called. Same process, on hold, came back on and [-] " she spoke to a person at [-] branch and that they are going to credit [-] axccount". I thanked her went inside and spoke to [-]. I told her what [-] lady on [-] phone [-] about crediting [-] account. I was told that it was not going to happen, that I was given wrong information. End of conversation. This situation has caused [-] hard ship. As I told them [-] day I discovered [-] basically theft of [-] money, if I did not have [-] money I was going to have [-] issue because I had a payment coming up. This was a [-] payment, not credit card or money drawn from [-] account. was [-] second part of a final closure to a [-] deal I had going. Because I could not [-] [-] money owed [-] property was forfeited and I lose. A large amount of money and [-] possession of [-] automobile I was purchasing. I have been at that Bank for a [-] time. Before [-] divorce when I had a lot of money there, I was treated great. Not so much anymore. When this problem is finally resolved I [-] leave your bank.
Failure,<br /><br />Nothing but issues with first interstate bank after they bought out great western bank and took over all [-] accounts.<br /><br />[-] mortgage was Deducted from [-] account but not applied to [-] [-].<br /><br />Iโve never received a replacement debit card but continue to receive notices that they [-] deactivate [-] great western bank card due to not active acting a [-] one.<br /><br />Iโve called in 4 times and been disconnected 2 times. Currently I am in [-] branch in a managers office while still on hold 30 minutes with [-] number it told [-] to call on [-] letter they sent! I literally got in [-] truck and made it to [-] branch before they got [-] to anyone who is able to assist! <br /><br />Upon arriving I was told [-] manager is gone and [-] be for multiple hours so I am being helped by some poor [-] listen to [-] vent about all these ongoing issues
terrible support I'm thinking Glacier bank accounts should be the main one.
Since they have purchased our bank. I have had nothing but [-] 3 to 4 times a WEEK!! In process Moving to a Much better treated Bank.
[-] Glenwood Iowa office has a very rude manager working there. [-] not listen to you and she is always right! I tried to call about [-] [-] credit card I received and when I called to activate [-] card, they told [-] that I needed to call to [-] bank and have them activate this for [-]. I called and left messages with no return call. I called again and [-] Fauble is [-] most rude person I know. This was all [-] fault and that I tried to use [-] card before it was activated and I told her no I did not. She told [-] that [-] husband did then. I stated no. Now I am concerned that [-] credit card has been hacked and I [-] not want to use this card. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she told [-] she was [-] manager of [-] bank. I stated that she had a boss to account to and I would like there name. She would not give this to [-] and then she [-] up on [-]. I have already moved 1 million dollars out of [-] bank because of her and I [-] be removing [-] rest as soon as I can!!!!
