Iβm a 100% service connected DV. I get paid on the 1st every month. I put over 6,000 in every month. Iβve had banks in over ten states since I started my first account in 1994. This is the worst bank I have ever had, hands down!! I should have moved banks when most other people in my community were. Iβve had nothing but problems with this bank!! Iβve never once overdrawn. I deposited an insurance check from progressive and a week later still had no funds. I drove to the bank and was told they thought it was a fake check!! It was only a little over 3 grand. I took the check and went to my other bank and they cashed it on the spot! This morning, I have a certified bank check from Wells Fargo for 4,000 dollars. I go deposit it and they tell me that they are going to hold it for 7 days before my funds are available!!! I told them to call the number on the check to verify funds then. They wouldnβt do it. I then told them, fine, cancel my deposit and give me my check back then, and I will take it to my other bank where I only have 50 dollars in a savings account and that they will cash it! Just like the last two times Iβve had this issue with them. They wonβt give it back, or free it up so that I can take it somewhere else! Instead telling me that they are still going to hold it for seven days before my funds are available!! This is outrageous customer service!!!! Iβve never experienced anything like this with any other bank Iβve ever had! The customer service and appreciation is zero, so I am leaving them a zero star review!! I am in need of these funds to cover the expenses of my dads funeral, and thatβs why my family sent a certified bank check from Wells Fargo. So I wouldnβt have these issues! I guess they hold your money for a week making interest on it while you bounce checks for the things you need! Not to mention, I have been charged a 3 dollar a month service fee every since this bank bought out or local one, and for no explanation. If you want smooth transactions, avoid this place like the plague! Every farmer and rancher in Southeast Colorado will tell you the same!!
