Regions Bank

I've been dealing with this Regions bank located in Hudson, Florida FOR 18 years. I never had a problem until Wells Fargo took over. I wanted to cash a check from a utility company and was told I needed to show my ID before they could give me any money. The reason being they didn't know me, and this was to protect from fraud. This isn't the first time I went through this. Advised the teller I would withdraw all my accounts if they didn't honor the account number I used when endorsing the check. They gave my check back to me. Went to talk to the manager who was alone and behind a closed door. Through the glass wall I motioned for him to let me in and he responded, "I'm not available". This is customer service? He's too busy to handle a customer complaint?

Treated me very poorly after I got a mortgage elsewhere. I'm also bald with brain cancer and one of their loan officers told me I have good hair for radio - like why lol. 1. old material, step it up. 2. save that for home weird lady. - Sarasota Beneva branch.

I would give Regions one thousand zero's. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The witch on the phone was the most disrespectful person I have ever spoke with. I have been with Regions about 40 years. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. Financed cars, my parents had two accounts. I have told everybody how great Regions is and BAM... The past six months have been a night mare. I have been charged enough NSF fees to bring all my bills current. I spoke with the collection department yesterday and not ONE time did the presentivetell me they were going to take money from my savings to cover a past due on my streamline credit. Which I have had for 15 years and never been late. I will be moving my business. I have had enough of being disrespected and treated like I don't matter and talked to by the CSR like I am a piece of trash. There are too many banks out there that would love to have my business and treat me with respect value me as a customer.

I have never been treated so badly by any bank or business of any kind. The story is far too long to tell here, but in short, Regions closed my accounts with no warning, with no wrongdoing on my part and with no information as to where, when or how they sent my money. It has cost me time, money and emotional distress to try and put my financial life back in order. I STRONGLY recommend AGAINST using this bank. It is awful to be treated like a criminal when you are not. It's difficult for me to believe they still have customers after my experience and reading all the really bad reviews they've received. Wish I'd seen those sooner!

I trusted that this bank would help me as a senior citizen and American, they let me down and were rude as they did it! I used their credit card and was sold garbage; they refused to help me in any way at all
