I need to talk to someone about 90 day [-], I applied for in Feb. 2021 I still have [-] [-]. I have paid 4 thousand dollars on it it has only went down one thousand dollars from [-] start date and [-] only reason it went [-] one thousand dollars is because I paid [-] extra thousand on it. This isn't [-] fault. I first applied for [-] [-] thru a woman name Kendee Authement. She is no longer there. She never told anyone about [-] [-] She told [-] I would pay [-] first note maybe [-] second then she would have [-] on a monthly payment [-], that has never happened. It [-] be a year in Feb. That I'm paying this high interest rate when [-] score was 817 when I applied for this [-]. [-] [-] is suppose to be handling [-] [-] now but [-] last 2 months that I emailed him [-], his automatic reply email comes up with [-] won't be in office for a couple of days. I emailed him yesterday his automatic reply back was [-] [-] be out of office until December 6th. I think [-]'s like Kendee doesn't care about [-] [-] as [-] as I'm paying high interest rates they are find with that, well I'm not. I shouldn't have to paid these high interest notes when it isn't [-] fault. I have a high credit score so I [-]'t have to pay these high interest rates. Could someone please help [-] with this issue? I always liked [-] [-] Bank but this is ridiculous!
