Was MUCH BETTER as Bank of the West. My main complaint is that they stopped having online access to view deposits. Very important at tax time when records are missing. I have set up checking at another bank now and will be closing my account of 46 years after I move my automatic mortgage payments. A copy has to be requested on line and it said wait 2-5 days. And there may be a fee.Taxes are due in 4 days. Why can't I look this up myself online like every other bank seems to have?
[-] worst I have ever dealt with in [-] life! They discriminate against [-] disabled and [-] elderly and [-] all they can to separate you from your money! Worst move of [-] life. Shoulda listened to [-] [-] associates when they [-] "Oh no, you opened [-] account with BMO? No wonder you're having so many [-]. They're [-] worst." And I can't even get anybody in any office to help [-] and these employees lie through their teeth and doing everything to make [-] miserable flighting to get [-] money out of there! [-] yourself a favor and stay [-] away!
