Prosperity Bank

Wanted to increase the amount I can withdraw from a teller machine. Was told at the branch that they could not do more than $600.And was told every bank has that maximum. Daughters two banks she has is not limited to 600.

This bank steals your money and lies to you. Never bank with them..EVER...They have stolen [-] late brother's money and refuses to release it. Every time I fill out [-] paperwork they give [-] I am told there are more and more forms and they are "never done right". This is [-] as [-] point person CONFIRMED [-] first set of paperwork was done correctly and that was all that had to be filled out. Liars and thieves. Stay as [-] away from these people as possible.

Prosperity has unmotivated customer service assistance and extremely bad communication. There is nothing positive about this bank.

I opened a [-] account with Prosperity Bank, a few hundred thousand deposited. [-] parents are moving close to us, she is 91 and [-] is 96. [-] is a 30 retired Navy Captain and one of [-] founders of [-] Navy Seals. They needed one signature for [-] VA notarized so I called [-] bank, Prosperity. They told [-] no because [-] parents weren't a customer, I spoke with [-] bank manager and [-] told [-] [-] same thing. I [-] I'm a customer and they are [-] parents. They still [-] no. So I [-] be closing [-] account and moving [-] money to Citizens bank.
