I've been with this Bank for approximately nine years I called 28th of [-] to see about are [-] loans was connected to [-] department left a [-] did not hear from them for after a week I left a [-] with [-] name phone number and what I wanted I called him back a week later I had never gotten back to [-] did not know what was going on I [-] be looking for a [-] bank this is their idea of customer service
