not good no return call for two years

BEWARE!! THEY GIVE YOUR MONEY TO [-] STATE!! A [-] [-] Branch sent ONE regular [-] letter, which got mixed in with other [-], to attempt to reach us. They had PLENTY of contact info: email, house phone, cell phone, address for CERTIFIED or REGISTERED [-]. They chose NONE of those routes. Decided our account was abandoned, though we had recently closed a safe deposit box and pay a mortgage monthly, and escheated [-] money to [-] State!! They REFUSE to give [-] [-] district manager's information, but easily give [-] money away!!

[-] not bank here [-] lie and loose your money Had pending transaction that didn’t [-] through but never got [-] [-] back now being told that when it’s a pending transaction you still have [-] to spend [-] money I have never been able to spend

I like Key bank. I have accounts there and [-] people are always pleasant and helpful. But their ATM machines are antiques. They are make for [-] days when everyone had cars that are made with windows that are low and even with [-] machine. Suv's [-]'t [-] through easily. [-] are hurts trying to reach [-] money and I have to pull forward and [-] [-] [-] and reach around it to get [-] money. I used to have accounts with Citizens bank and their ATM's are perfect. I have no problem with them. It's time Key updates [-] ATM at [-] drive through. Please!
