Mechanics Bank

I can't get online to my bank on my cell phone

I closed [-] account with Mechanics Bank [-] first week of [-]. [-] account had a large balance in it. I was told it would be mailed in a few days. Then, a week later I was told it had been mailed. Today, after two weeks, I have been told that [-] check still has not been cut yet. It is [-] MONEY, why [-] they refuse to return it to [-]? I was a good customer for many years, why are they treating [-] this way? I moved out of state and cannot continue with Mechanics Bank. I have been lied to multiple times, being told that [-] check had been cut and had been mailed. I am a [-] person, with a [-]-life hardship, and no one at Mechanics Bank seems to care. No one can tell [-] why I am being treated this way, and why they are r3efusing to return to [-] [-] large balance I had left in [-] account when I closed it.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 14 years and never had a problem… Moved to Hawaii in 2008 and still continued to stay with [-] bank… What a mistake… [-] last year I’ve been having issues with [-] branch in Roseville… They’ve been [-] [-] OVER as of late and that’s [-] thanks I get for 24 year of loyalty… [-] bank manager [-] has and continues to [-] nothing to assist [-] or follow up on [-] issues unless I call her and make a stink about it… Even then they know [-] situation and can’t get [-] straight… This is [-] third time now I had to receive a debit card and after [-] first time they sent [-] card to [-] physical address I [-] to please send it to [-] p/o box because no [-] can come to [-] physical address… So not sure if it was changed except for [-] fact that they sent [-] expedited card to [-] physical address… Then they had to send [-] a second card and sure as [-] sun comes up in [-] west they [-] it again and send it to [-] physical address knowing that [-] doesn’t [-] to that address so for a second time they expidite [-] a card(which isn’t [-] [-], but having customers in Hawaii isn’t [-] [-] either… So for [-] second time I call all [-] ddpartments and make sure they have [-] correct address… They assure [-] in [-] branch location, customer service and any other person I called and spoke to swear they have everything correct… So why is it when I order [-] third card that was sent out in Nov I never received it by [-] 7th of Dec… Not sure, come to find out they sent it to [-] physical address again… They mailed it out to [-] physical address again!!! Why??? Because they claim that’s what [-] address is on file… So I ask for [-] next one to be sent out again expedited and they ask [-] if [-] p/o box is correct and need verification… Seriously??? Needless to say it’s been almost a week and still no card and have [-] nerve to tell [-] they can’t even give [-] a tracking number until it arrives here in Hawaii… Really??? Cuz every package I send out through courier no matter who it is gives [-] a tracking number as soon as I send it… Not after it arrives… It’s been [-] wit all [-] charges I’ve paid them in [-] last 6 months and now because of their incompetence and no [-] to [-] account because [-] accounts are all linked to [-] debit card I’m paying penalties on [-] other accounts… I’m so over all this… What a waste of time for [-]… I’m now all bent outta shape and distraught and beside myself now and not sure what to [-]… This isn’t even close to being alright… I [-]’t want to even deal with banks anymore after all [-] stress I allowed them to place on [-]… [-] worst part is [-] bank manager [-] continues to [-] whatever she can to make [-] life [-]… She makes no effort to follow up unless I’m cussing at her and [-] stress I’m dealing with is ridiculous… I’m hoping I can make a formal complaint against her and let people know what they can expect after being loyal for over a decade with this establishment…Hopefully someone in corporate can get a hooks of [-] and find out [-] to prevent this happening to any other clients with [-] bank… All discombobulated [-] Boutz… it’s to bad because I really liked [-] service and closeness with [-] bank when I was living in [-]… Even when I moved to Hawaii [-] Howe branch employees would bend over backwards to [-] what ever they could to help any situation that arose… When they closed down and transferred [-] to Roseville I never felt or got [-] same love as [-] Howe branch… I wanted to write a good review and ended up venting… Sorry bout that, but I would always recommend [-] institution, but not I can’t even [-] that… It really saddens [-] and now financially it’s killing [-]… So [-] all works out for Mechanic’s Bank, but then I also unfortunately pray to God that [-] punish those who make [-] life a living [-]… Mahalo nui to all and [-] Holidays… And [-] God bless

Unabl to get a [-] Supervisor to call [-]. I have left multiple messages, spoken to very friendly Customer Service Representatives that cannot help [-]. They have given [-] names and numbers to call (No answer on those numbers) Told a supervisor would call on more than one occasion, and still nothing. I even went in to [-] local branch, spoke to [-] manager, no one can help [-] there either. Seems to be a bank that does not want [-] [-]....
