Attempted to attend this bank for [-] needs. This is [-] office [-], not a bank. No [-] bank here, [-]’t waste your time as I did. No phone number listed online. Called [-] 800 number and I was told they [-] not have any German branch at all.

Hate that [-] branch office was closed. Going downtown is a hassle. I [-]'t feel [-] personal touch through [-] drive thru.

I was assaulted by a [-] sitting on [-] ground at [-] bottom of [-] handicap ramp. [-] got up and shoved his dirty tissue into [-] bag.

we came to branch on saturday to recieve beneficiary funds.., bank manager not available..client service associate [-] Celestino proffesionaly and curtiously handled [-] task and we love her...She is a wonderful representative for your bank...Please thank her and let her know we appreciate all she did for us.[-] Castaldini family , relatives of [-] [-]

Testing waters and looking for a [-] ..?

Regional Missouri Bank in Mobey [-] is [-] WORST bank ever. [-] branch manager is a HORRIBLE person to work with if you have a problem. She tells you they [-] research your problem but they [-]'t [-] very good research. They just want you and your problem to [-] away. [-] attitudes of [-] people STINK. They act like its a pain to help you. [-] NOT bank there and save your self alot of headaches. It was a whole lot better bank when it was Bank of Cario and Moberly.

In these very trying times I received extraordinary service today from [-] Persaud, a personal banker at [-] [-] Rockaway Tpke Branch. This branch is very busy at present, because a number of [-] branches in [-] area have been closed temporarily. Therefore, generally appointments with Personal Bankers are by [-] scheduled appointment only. Nevertheless, [-] saw [-] waiting for assistance with [-] unexpected banking issue that arose early this afternoon and cut her lunch break short in order to assist [-] before her next scheduled customer. And, [-] provided [-] with assistance in a friendly and thorough manner. In fact , [-] wrote down [-] mobile number so that she could follow up to make sure that [-] issues were completely resolved. Thank you [-] for a [-] well done and for going above and beyond [-] call of duty!
