A bank that charges your customers $10 for each withdrawal from their own savings account??? That's a rip off! Leaves customers account negative! [-] is that providing good service to your customers?
I've been with Academy for well over a decade and I'm very satisfied with them. I've had a problem or two, but they were always quickly taken care of. They did used to be a little slow getting them on [-] phone, but that has steadily improved over [-] years. Now there's little to no wait. Would def recommend them to anyone.
A [-] lady at teller refused to help [-] a problem I had with [-] card and was very rude saying no I won’t help you !
I am disappointed with academy, I have been a loyal customer since [-] 2020. I signed up for a [-] [-] that academy shut [-] down. I got approved by [-] sba from a lender that sent [-] funds to [-] account,[-] account was placed in hold and [-] funds was sent back with out [-] email or phone call. [-] tellers are always rude and not friendly. This is not [-] you treat your loyal customers.
