A bank that charges your customers $10 for each withdrawal from their own savings account??? That's a rip off! Leaves customers account negative! How is that providing good service to your customers?

I've been with Academy for well over a decade and I'm very satisfied with them. I've had a problem or two, but they were always quickly taken care of. They did used to be a little slow getting them on the phone, but that has steadily improved over the years. Now there's little to no wait. Would def recommend them to anyone.

A new lady at teller refused to help me a problem I had with my card and was very rude saying no I won’t help you !

I am disappointed with academy, I have been a loyal customer since Jan 2020. I signed up for a business loan that academy shut me down. I got approved by the sba from a lender that sent the funds to my account,my account was placed in hold and the funds was sent back with out an email or phone call. The tellers are always rude and not friendly. This is not how you treat your loyal customers.

This Bank is keeping Stimulas checks if you are in the negative, they kept my 600 and my daughters , which is illeagle in its self. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT BANK, BECAUSE THIS SHOWS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM. THANKS ACADEMY BANK FOR LEAVING US WITH NOTHING DURING THESE TIMES

The Yuma Academy Bank in Yuma , Arizona never have I ever imagined that I'd ho through what I went through with that bank .And the three agents who stand there just doing nothing they all have eachothers back a when it comes to robbing people.i got charged 33 dollars because I got a refund and I got charged it twice and theres absolutely no arguing with these people because if you do they immediately have eachothers back on covering their ass. I lost all my money three all of it they completely wiped me out I didnt even get a chance to spend my money because these ifiots were all about takeing advantage of someone banking for the first time .Rude disrespectful untim I walked in the very next day with A ex prisoner from a hardcore prison in Arizona who had my back.All three of them bank agents who laughed at what they did to me the day before and made me cry all stood there with lumps in their throats not saying one damn word . All my buddies was waiting on was for one of them to show the slightest disrespect like they did the day before and i wanted to close my account butt instead they acted like i had to be taken off or something I'm going to keep on with this to the most i can all because they are out to make me look bad.there is no reason for them to do me dirty and label me with a bad name they STOLD from me it was a nightmare are we not suppose to be able to trust a bank with our money? Well turned out that bank in Yuma arizona in the walmart shopping center has done several people wrong they prey on the people new at banking I was one of then and I am assed out of almostb1000 dollars. Not to be forgotten .no way ......

some of your people don't know how to work anything, much less bank accounts. your bank has limited my access to my accounts and since they don't want to do any more business with me, they are closing my accounts. I have bills to pay, SSA direct deposit, and a family of six to support. How can I do that and live once I cant have access to my account?

Closed my account for no reason. Told me I'd be getting a letter in the mail with a cashier's check and it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't gotten anything from them. Tried calling and can't get through to anyone

This bank is the worst they will charge you 32.00 for an overdraft for .82 cents yes that's right .82cents and I had a pending deposit and money in savings. This bank will rob you STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!

Bad service all around....

I felt horrible for the staff at the 104th and Washington Location.The managers both called in sick today leaving two brand new employees to do the work with no help. Ruben tried his best to complete a new member sign up for my daughter and he couldn’t remember certain things. He called one of the two supervisors for help on the phone and she was rude the least she could do was help him over the phone since she called in. She should have made herself available Via phone at least. The two crew members did the best with the tools they had. As a supervisor myself for a major corporation, I am disappointed in the lack of care the supervisors had for their team today.
