Ameris Bank

I’ve for Ameris banks title [-] to send [-] [-] title to [-] State of [-] going on 5 months now. To this day I [-]’t have it and I’m now walking because I’m at [-] allowed limit of a temporary tag. If you want to deal with [-] most incompetent and inept group of people you’ll ever deal with, this is your bank. A 5 year old could [-] a better [-] and give [-] more support than this group of bafoons did. I’ve called weekly to see where [-] tag was and it was like day 1 everyday with these people. [-]’t ever use this bank for anything.

Did not protect [-] best interest. Took forever to recoup stolen finds. I had to call regional to get help

I am very dissatisfied with your mortgage services.I paid off [-] home [-] back in december of 2019. I waited several months to get [-] [-] paid documents. I called in february to get [-] documents, Then on february 19 2020 i received a letter stating, 'we have not completed our investigation of [-] error(s) identified in your correspondance. We [-] need [-] additional 15 days to respond to your inquiry. We [-] respond no later than03/16/20. That never happened. So on [-] 8 20 i called again and was told i should receive [-] documents in 7 days. it never happened. On [-] 21 20, i called again and was told i souuld have them in 7 days and [-] documents were in processing. Still have not received [-] documents. I am looking at [-] posibility og getting someone [-] to help [-] get [-] documents if you as [-] orginazation can not get your act together.

I have experience [-] worst customer service this week at [-] bank. Wow I wish [-] bank never merged with this bank.

A well organized, friendly bank. We love it!
