I was a victim of identity theft and went in to close [-] account and [-] another one. Kailea Parrish helped [-] and was wonderful. I was upset but she took care of everything so beautifully.

After closing almost all [-] drive thru windows in western [-] County we are now forced to wait over [-] hour in [-] drive thru at [-] Meadville PNC. Where is [-] customer service during this ridiculous shutdown that we find ourselves in?
