This bank is a [-]. They mix your account with other accounts. They charge you twice for one debit or withdrawal. I am surprised this bank has not been shut down. [-] are you gonna play with [-] money of hard working Americans? So imagine that you are in [-] to pay for your groceries and your card is declining. You know you have money but it keeps declining. All because United Bank has charged our account twice for [-] ATM withdrawal done 2 months earlier. Terrible [-] practices I am trying to get [-] husband to Chang banks.

Worst bank ever. I mobile deposited [-] paycheck and 4 months later Union Bank took [-] money out of [-] account saying someone [-] cashed it at a credit union somewhat recently. Now union bank won’t file a fraud case so I have to fire [-] attorney to [-] [-] own bank

Terrible customer service. Cashiers are rude and never enough staff.

I have tried for over 2 months now to find out why Union Bank paid 2 $250 fraudulent charges from [-] account, and they still cannot tell [-] why and what it was. [-] a close watch on your Union Bank account because they [-] take money out of your account and then not replace what they took out.

Great location for [-]. Tellers are courteous and knowledgeable.

I used your ATM at approximately 3:30 pm At your branch on Centinela in West [-] [-]. Your ATM took [-] [-] deposit then printed out a Receipt that [-] malfunction. I went to [-] branch Monday morning and spoke to [-] manager who I [-] say it was extremely rude and kept saying it was [-] problem. I understand [-] was not directly responsible for [-] malfunction of [-] ATM, but his attitude was very demeaning. I didn’t need to be told continuously that it was not his problem it was [-] problem. Obviously [-] could check [-] ATM and with a small amount of [-] [-] could determined that there was excess money in [-] account of [-] ATM. I called corporate headquarters has [-] directed and filed for [-] missing money. I realize these things happen so [-] complaint is not so much that [-] ATM took [-] money which I’m hoping to get back. It’s more so with [-] branch managers attitude. [-] needs to learn some serious people skills. Hopefully this complaint becomes his problem. Thank you for your time.I [-] this now becomes his problem.

great place to bank

We have been customers for about a year and a half. It is such a relief to call and receive [-] answer by a human being rather than a recorded [-]. Every person working there is courteous and helpful, including [-] branch manager, [-]. We would recommend this bank location to anyone looking for personal service

I was goung to make a substantial deposit into a [-] account, but was trying to close [-] account that had [-] unauthorized debit. Since charges were added after a few small checks ran that would have been covered if not for that unauthorized debit, I was told originally that when that company put [-] money back, [-] charges would be dropped. Welk, I guess [-] accounts officer made her some chrismas bonus as she would not [-] what I had been originally told. So [-] big cashier check that would have been deposited to that [-] account [-] be given to another bank. I have seen what happen to people who have low balance accounts. They are [-] on. I want a bank committed to fairness. I am convinced, had I opened [-] [-] acct. first before addressing [-] situation of [-] acct. I was trying to close, that accounts officer would have whistled a different tune. She croaked instead.

Quick easy tellers are [-] best, can't beat [-] service I give this review a 10 [-] best

Everyone is extremely [-]'ll and friendly. Every time I've had a problem they have been able to get it cleared up to [-] satisfaction in no time at all. Also I broke [-] leg in three places and they offered to bring [-] [-] work to [-] [-] so I wouldn't have to walk in to [-] that's way beyond great customer service.

have banked with United Bank for over 20 years denied a small [-] of $5,000 $245.00 a month payment to be debited out of [-] acct. ea. month with at least $2400.00 deposited each month. only have one outstanding [-] [-]. of $1500.00 .. very angry that these [-] head suits [-]'t know be or [-] banking habits.. Excellent. [-] "F" yourself, changing banks [-] soon !!!
