Big Bank arrogance in a small bank. Took over Savings Institute and it's a lot worse. Good staff left, fees increased, and now I'm on hold 30 minutes and there are transactions missing from [-] accounts!! If I didn't have so many automatic deposits and debits hooked up I'd be gone already. They are on [-] same awful path as Peoples, Webster and other "regionals" that just want to pump up their P

[-] worst bank ever. [-] worst customer service. Constant errors. Failure to notify of escrow increases, and this creates payments that are not applied properly. A disaster. I have two mortgages with this bank and i would LOVE to get rid of them. I used to recommend them to others before I knew what a disaster it was.
