Reviews

[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.

This is by [-] [-] worst finically institution I’ve ever had [-] with. [-] customer service representative are rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and irresponsible. [-] branch manager of [-] 79 Street location is arrogant, unprofessional and lacks empathy. [-] account was fraudulent used and funds were deducted from [-] account. [-] branch manager initially told [-] I would be charged for insufficient fund charges due to [-] situation while it was under investigation. To date it has taken them 30 days to investigate and [-] funds still have not been reimbursed. I only get one check [-] month so I [-]’t been able to pay any of [-] monthly bills. With all [-] up to date technology in this world you would think that funds can be reimbursed as quickly as they are charged. This bank is conducting [-] to allow such transactions as this to manipulate accounts, have customers incur insufficient
funds charges and get you to [-] a [-] account while leaving [-] existing account [-] (supposedly for investigating purposes) but it only adds to [-] [-] of [-] accounts. Such a same to abuse [-] elderly customer.
