Very hard to get [-] appointment to talk about anything. Walking in and waiting to be seen without [-] appointment is not allowed. I [-] not feel I can get answers to questions.

Worst customer service

Did not follow legal document. Not easy to work with

[-] Manager and Staff have always been professional and helpful with our [-] account. Even after COVID and [-] Civil Unrest which ended with a lot of staffing changes, [-] [-] staff has given [-] same professionalism and friendliness I was used to. (Although I [-] [-] [-] old staff.) It is a wonderful place to walk into and know that they are truly [-] to see you.

Prior to being Orrstown, [-] bank was [-] where I have banked all [-] life as did [-] parents [-] ago. Wonderful employees, helpful friendly, a neighborhood always and still is.

after being with your bank over 20yrs we have decided NOT to bank with you anymore absolutley [-] worst customer service!!! I cant even begin to tell you what a terrible experience in [-] last year with your bank with your customer service people [-] NOT know [-] to answer questions or resolve issues and if they even try to help they sound annoyed that they have to help you!!! due to us buying a home moving from [-] west coast to [-] east coast we needed to pull monies out of our account for our down payment and since your bank does NOT wire monies over a certain amount "LIKE OTHER BANKS"! [-] husband [-] Kephart had to fly back to california to our BRANCH and take [-] money out there !! As [-] went up to [-] teller they didnt even ask him for his ID like WTH? flyies from NC to California and they dont ask? this cashiers check was for over 100K. than unfortaneltly our RV [-] is through Bank of [-] West we just experienced you taking out our payment 2x same week so getting that money was very CHALLENGING i mean we just retired and who wants to pay $891.00 twice in a month if they dont have to! plus life right now is hard enough on people!! so today called again :since i call once a week anyway" to try and see [-] and where is our monies from that extra payment on [-] RV, wait on hold 25 minutes at 10 am than talk with someone in [-] [-], so they give [-] [-] same run around they gave [-] a week ago. I cant even put into words whats been happening FINALLY!!!!!! a supervisor gets on phone {[-] [-]}?? and tells [-] a whole different story, [-] was so rude like I WAS ANNOYING HIM!!!!!!!!!!! SO [-] to leave this bank!! making sure none of our friends or family get into this situation. Too bad i guess we are just 1 family out of thousands so they dont need our [-] anymore? still after 9 days of SUPPOSEDLY our monies are coming ?! its only a $891 mistake RIGHT? NOT I really [-] and pray this goes somewhere someone [-] read this and want to talk to us about it but doubt it since talking with [-] supervisor [-] [-] didnt give a [-]!

This bank branch was out of rolls of quarters one day in [-] week of [-] 6th to 10th, 2020 and limiting customers to one roll in [-] previous week according to [-] employee.

[-] services with [-] bank are good but they need to take care of [-] property. They never clean [-] garbage in [-] side walk in front if [-] bank and when it [-] they are [-] last location in [-] block to shovel, like maybe 4 days later! It’s disgraceful.

I've recently had several bad experiences with this bank. I've also been hearing terrible things from all [-] former employees they have been losing in recent years. [-] service overall has been going downhill because of a toxic work environment [-] management creates and [-] only competent employees [-] leaving. [-] ones that are left can barely [-]. I might be switching banks
