Very pleasant provider I have been with!
First, there's [-] ongoing issue involving getting a verification [-] online sent to [-] phone in time (they often take as [-] as 45 minutes to arrive by text, and are, by then, not valid), and [-] almost impossible task of actually contacting a branch directly, I simple wire transfer was sent out with [-] incorrect amount. This resulted in [-] not being able to transfer funds between accounts to cover a shortage, and [-] resulting fees. Also, it is unacceptable that it is almost impossible to actually contact a branch by phone. (We found a mistake in a large wire transfer that was made today, and we were unable to contact [-] bank associate who had helped us in person earlier).
Personable, accurate employees (let's face it, [-] employees make [-] place great)
