Worst experience ever. I had a $69,000.00 check for deposit and wanted some additional assistance. I asked [-] Lusk for help and she sent [-] to [-] teller [-]. Three other employees with offices were available last Friday during [-] visit and she didn’t offer to assist [-] or have anyone [-] [-] so. I would think a deposit of that size would warrant a little more than what I received, which was nothing. She did not impress [-] at all, in fact I was extremely disappointed. I can’t wait to close [-] account at HomeTrust Bank, nor [-] I recommend it. This employee barely acknowledged [-] presence. Shameful
