Hyden Citizens Bank Corporate

I have been trying to call [-] bank to verify authenticity of a cashier's check for 4 hours. I have called 12 times and no one has once answered [-] phone. [-] is that even possible? There is more to banking than "online banking".

Horrible Bank, double payments, error in payments, freezing account without notification.

I wouldn’t tell anyone to have [-] account with northwest saving ur banks are horrible

Been unable to speak with online support all day. Wasted nearly [-] hour on [-] phone. This goes well beyond higher than normal call volume.
I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to waste phone minutes.
Any [-] Nortwest can pay for [-] phone minutes used?

I claimed fraud. They called [-] threatening [-] over $50. When I claimed fraud I only wanted to find [-] amount of what was taken from [-]. Called [-] one day and made alot of threats over [-] phone over $50 in fraud. I didn't even make [-] choice of wanting to [-] anything yet before any of this happened. I wish they would of really heard what I had to say but instead I was afraid to say anything because of [-] 4 people on [-] phone. That's is bad [-] practices. Told [-] they would [-] [-] if it came to [-] [-] fault which none of it was. All over $50. I [-]'t understand [-] it came to this. When once I heard [-] amount I would of [-] [-]'t worry about it. I'm closing [-] account.

0 because I refinanced [-] home in [-] and started [-] scrow account with enough funds to cover [-] home insurance . As of 17 [-] US Bank has not paid [-] insurance. Maybe you can help [-] pay [-] insurance to Geico? I would put a [-] but us bank [-] not allow [-] [-] submit a 0 review

I need for us bank to pay Geico for [-] [-] welling insurance before it gets canceled because [-] had failed to pay it from [-] scrow account

I need [-] email from corporate because [-] and [-] refused to give it to [-]

So [-] I'm not impressed. [-] website is cluttered and seemed to be designed by Rube Goldberg.

I've paid off over a dozen [-] loans over [-] years,,,And upon [-] final payment, have received [-] clear Title to [-] vehicle within a few weeks. Seems as though they are making it [-] responsibility to acquire [-] TITLE. on [-] own . This is really a [-] poor way to treat a loyal,,never late on 48 payments,,customer. I [-] never use this facility again..
