I’m not a [-] camper!
After 4 of [-] 5 grandchildren’s savings accounts went dormant, instead of getting notified, they were allowed to stay dormant for 3 months, taking $60 from [-] children’s accounts. Even though I was prepared to make a deposit, [-] manager [-] ? In Ponchatoula refused to return [-] hard earned money. I closed all 5 accounts after seeing 18 cents I teres on one of them and $15 taken away. I am a senior disabled widow on s fixed income that manages to save since these children were born. Since I’m unable to deposit much anymore, [-] sees fit to take $15 dollars each account.
Shame on you [-] and your so called manager could have s little more compassion for [-] people you serve. This was suppose to be for their graduation , not to [-] banking pockets!
