[-] wife and I have had three accounts at [-] Friday Harbor branch for many years. Since Banner took over [-] operation of Islanders Bank service has significantly declined. We [-] be moving our accounts to another bank in Friday Harbor.

One month into opening [-] [-] account, ATM service was extremely horrible: took [-] deposited cheque, asked [-] to reenter for inserting it in [-] wrong way: no way to know [-] right way and not returning or depositing it for 24 days while nobody in [-] branches know what to [-] but only disputed, though [-] amounted was credited but [-] cheque was not found for weeks. 3 in person inquiry only received [-] worst customer service when [-] flee market offers better service.
