Poor service
Absolutely Horrible
I did some appraisal work for Flagstar and they refuse to pay [-]. Its been almost 2 months and they won't even respond to [-] phone calls or emails. No one [-] answer their phones.
Why does it take so [-] and require so many hurdles to get a simple refi? And I already have Flagstar and have made [-] payments in a timely manner. You got check stubs weeks ago and now you need more ? For what? Covid is [-] brokers reason...No way to treat a customer, so disappointed with you.
NO FOLLOW UP BY A MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS TO RESOLVE ISSUES AFTER 2 MOS OF CALLING. I WAS TOLD EACH TIME SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT [-]. WHEN I CALL NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME OF DAY BUT THEY PUT PEOPLE IN UNNECESSARY STRESSFUL SITUATIONS, TRYING TO PENALIZE UNJUSTLY DURING COVID PANDEMIC WHEN [-] FAULT IS FLAGSTAR . I HAVE PROVEN DOCUMENTATION BY CERTIFIED [-]. NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR LEADERSHIP PRESENT TO EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS OR EVEN MEET IT. I [-] BE HEARD ON FB, TWITTER, ETC...ABOUT [-] LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE DURING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. YOU [-] NO WANT TO CHOOSE THIS BANK!!! THEY [-] NOT VALUE YOU OR SUPPORT.
