I hate this bank

would be less if I could

Ive been dealing with Center State Bank Mortgage Department for over five months, been approved we were supposed to close last week and now no one [-] return [-] calls! Very unprofessional!

I am very dissatisfied with [-] way [-] issue on [-] account was handled by [-] local branch in dade city [-], I changed [-] cell phone from sprint to Verizon I went to [-] banch branch to stop [-] pay and they allowed sprint to draw out of [-] account causng [-] to only have 50.00 left in [-] account. I signed a [-] with [-] to not have this money come out any more she now does not remember this taking place I spoke with bonnythe manager of this branch she didn't [-] anything other than tell [-] to check in [-] morning to see if [-] money comes back to [-] account this is unacceptable I [-] not have any trust in this bank. I [-] have a [-] with you folks that I pay faithfully each month. I [-] be opening up another account with another bank I [-] [-] this account [-] only for [-] sole purpose of paying [-] [-] off I [-] have [-] [-] rerouted to another banking establishment and once [-] [-] is pad in full [-] [-] account [-] be closed out. I [-] make sure [-] money is in [-] account each month for [-] payment. I want to know what good it did [-] to [-] to [-] branch and sign [-] [-] to stop [-] withdrawal if it as not going to be honored

You fail to forward a replacement credit card VISA, when I called a Plat. card was sent to [-] address across town. I was told it was sent to [-] home address, clearly NOT, and that I could not cancel that card without being issued a [-]. PROBLEM WITH ADDRESS...[-] not be responsible for charges.
