Poor Service and unfriendly and unprofessional tellers
Short hours closed for lunch one hour lobby closed not [-] with this bank.
I am very disappointed that Platte Valley can not or [-] not fix their telephone banking every time I use it it [-]’t recognize [-] checking account. And I [-]’t appreciate your bankers sticking their nose into [-] [-] when it comes to other online transactions. If I want them to know I tell them

THIS BANK IS HAS A [-] OF CONDUCT THAT IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THOSE THAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A BANKING INSTITUTION. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, THESE PEOPLE FORGE SIGNATURES, THEY [-] PROVIDE ANY STATEMENT NEEDED TO SERVE [-] CURRENT EVENT, THEY [-] DELETE LOANS OFF OF THEIR BOOKS, THEY [-] TAKE MONEY FOR LOANS THAT [-] NOT EXIST, THEY [-] EXTORT IF NECESSARY. THIS INSTITUTION [-] NEVER ANSWER FOR THEIR PRACTICES, BUT KNOW YOU [-] HAVE A TOUGH TIME FINDING PEOPLE WALKING [-] STREETS WITH LOWER CHARACTER OR LESS INTEGRITY. THIS IS FACT. SOUNDS ABSURD I KNOW. THIS IS FACT.
