They are scandalous, everything [-] at [-] Higgins office did was counterproductive to her reputation and [-] bank’s reputation. I had payments set up and they put [-] in collections, 3 months before I realized. I was never informed and they continued to collect automatic payments. Scandalous and wrecking [-] credit over 700$. I tried to pay. They [-]’t accept debit card payments on loans. [-] [-] if I just [-] I was broke she would have gave [-] time. Instead they just took [-] payments and didn’t inform [-] [-] put account in collections. Over 700$. Going to [-].
