This is [-] only bank I know of where you have to wait 3 to 4 hours after midnight to have your SSI money available.I mean [-] better people.

Excellent customer service. It's like banking with a small community bank where they know you and provide personal service. Hard to say this about other banks today. A dying breed but I prefer their dedication to this.

Whenever I have issues I call [-] Banker: [-] and she resolves immediately if she cannot then she gets Manager: [-] Ulloa who solves any issues/[-] quickly and professionally. Awesome teamwork!

I contacted Academy Bank for a mortgage and was referred to [-] [-] Douma. I mentioned that I was [-] shopping and wondered if she could give [-] a quote. [-] [-] was able to quote [-] a good interest rate and comparable closing costs. As she followed up with [-], she was always kind and pleasant. When she found out what [-] Homeowners Insurance costs were she gave [-] two good insurance agents to call to get quotes from. I am now going to change [-] Homeowners Insurance as [-] quote is 45% less than [-] current rates and am looking into [-] insurance as well. Thank you [-] [-] for not just thinking of your own commission, but for caring about [-] personal situation as well. [-] [-] guided [-] to a lender here in Grand Junction to apply for a HELOC so I could afford some home improvements. You are [-] best [-] officer ever [-] [-]!
