I just have to say ....
This is a 5 [-] bank. You not only get treated well and with respect but they [-] above and beyond to get [-] [-] done.
All phone calls were returned promptly and professionally. I had assistance during [-] entire [-] process and [-] [-] was closed quickly.... and this is [-] third [-] with them. It has been [-] same each time.
I got excellent customer service and a great interest rate !!

Great Experience / Great Bank
I would recommend them for any financial service you [-] need.
Horrible.
Went to get money out of [-] ATM, spit out a receipt that it could not give money right now, but took it out of [-] account... 500 dollars gone! I spoke to all of [-] tellers, and [-] acting manager, they wouldn’t even check [-] ATM for [-] money. So now they are 500 dollars richer today for stealing [-] money. They are so ready to not take responsibility for what happened, only telling [-] to call [-] bank and file a dispute. [-] managers and staff should lose their [-]. [-] hard is it to reconcile [-] ATM?
So now I am without a [-], because that was what I was going to pay [-] mechanic today... needless to say, very useless bunch of people .
