I have been banking with you since 2017 this is [-] first time I've actually had a great experience I am unable to get around at [-] time but [-] [-] [-] branch manager and [-] [-] teller we're very most wonderful and did absolutely everything they could to help [-] especially in [-] time of need couldn't say any more great things about them they are wonderful I love banking here please [-] up [-] good work❤️❤️❤️

Horrible

This, in all, has been [-] worst bank I have ever dealt with. Now that they are merging with another bank, it is even worse. They have basically closed their doors, [-]’t answer their phones. I had to call [-] toll free number to get a live person to answer. They can’t even [-] a deposit correctly and most associates are stupid and rude. I met one I would give accolades to and that is Xio. She was [-] most pleasant and intelligent person I have dealt with. I [-]’t know if I [-] like this other bank any better, but at least I won’t be at this one any longer. If I [-]’t like [-] other one, I [-] take [-] [-] elsewhere. This place has been a nightmare. Especially with all [-] changes I had to make when [-] husband suddenly and unexpectedly passed. I still [-]’t think they have him removed from [-] account completely. If I hadn't had to deposit [-] I would have used [-] mobile app. I can’t even set up [-] app for [-] other bank yet because it says “it is not [-] information they have on file “. I wonder what that means. I hate this place. At least [-] lady I dealt with today was friendly. She did make a huge error though that I need fixed asap. I was sure I [-] [-] money market account, That correction should have been able to have been done in seconds. Instead I am waiting on a call back. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I became acquainted with [-] local Woodforest Bank branch ten years ago as a secret shopper. I continued as a satisfied customer simply because of [-] friendly attitudes of [-] helpful staff here. I have never been disappointed, and they certainly are conveniently located.

great. Well trained and polite, they exemplify what a bank should provide as they take your money and help you

When you using it as your [-] account service, please [-] another bank. It was absolutely bad experience you would ever had from [-] bank! [-] experience of this bank was ineffective, inhumane and unreasonable ! No matter you have in your condition was (urgently need [-] money from [-] bank for [-] surgery or whatever) and [-] bank would ignore it totally. They would give no reasonable excuse to you and they can only say please be patient! WTF!

It’s sad to say I have tried to support CVB in Brawley but it is time to move to a [-] bank that can help with all [-] needs with out charging or early cutoff times or closing before I get off work what happened to customer service like [-] management told [-] it’s COVID is that what killed their service or is it something [-].

I was scammed at [-] Gas City branch and they cashed several bad checks from [-] same company until they emptied [-] checking account then still continued to [-] these bad checks till it was over $ 2000 over what i had in [-] account. Now i have to pay that back, i went into bank and made arrangements to pay monthly
. I got a [-] letter today from [-] Adams that i had not set up any thing to pay it back. I [-] not appreciate her hatefull. Attitude when i did [-] into bank and get it set up to pay it back. Im low income, i get $845 social security a month, so i cant pay much but i [-] plan to pay it although they could have turned it over to insurance but wouldnt [-] that. Could you please let this rude employee of [-] attitude is not professional or adult actions

I’ve been a Synovus customer for many years and have always admired [-] customer service until we moved to Douglasville GA. [-] is extremely rude, I’ve dealt with her on 2 occasions and both times she started out by saying rudely “I [-]’t know you”. When a customer goes to a bank with account info and ID to [-] banking it shouldn’t matter if [-] knows you or not. A customer shouldn’t have to plead with a banker to help. Because if [-] I [-] never [-] banking at this branch. You really need to retrain her. That being [-] [-] other staff at this branch are very professional and nice. Thanks

I opened [-] account at [-] [-] brach in [-], [-] Hey. [-] manager that opened [-] account was very personable, I felt welcomed and important to her. She took her time and made sure I got every perk even though I am a senior not a large depositor. I use [-] Cedar Bluff branch alot, they are always so friendly. Once I had [-] issue that was [-] fault, they immediately took care of it moreover [-] teller offered [-] [-] couple of dollars I was short!!! I left ORNL after 20 years due to rude behavior. A friend recommended Regions and I am so blessed I took her advice. If anyone reading this is not [-] at your bank, switch to Region's you [-] be so [-] you did😃

[-] card has been compromised and money has just been [-] out of [-] account and right before Christmas when I need it [-] most and after calling [-] customer service [-] 5/6 times and getting no help or answers at all I decided to just call [-] local branch and talk to them . [-] being Frantic and crying [-] was extremely sympathetic,helpful, understanding and patient with [-] And in a matter of mins answered [-] questions and helped [-] figure things out . I thought Emprise was “Great”. But they are like other Banks! They just your money.
I paid $$$ for principle on [-] [-]. They took out interest! I asked what is going on? They [-], you can’t pay principal on [-]. And wouldn’t give [-] [-] $$ back that they took. [-] NOT [-] [-] WITH EMPRISE BANK.

I am not a Centennial Bank customer, but I had [-] issue leftover on a [-] [-] from their predecessor Hill Country State Bank. You'd have thought I was [-] most important client they had! I was met by three individuals who ultimately directed [-] to Kandice Bethke, AVP, who stopped in [-] middle of her lunch break to help [-] and went to [-] trouble to get on [-] phone with [-] Texas DMV to work out [-] issue, then literally created [-] document they needed, all of which took about 30 minutes of her time, for [-], not even a Centennial Bank customer...yet! THAT is [-] kind of local service you [-] for. Thank you, Ms. Bethke and Centennial Bank.

If you want to be treated as a welcomed guest, Patriot is [-] bank for you. [-] [-] at [-] Scarsdale branch are always helpful, polite, and courteous. You are not a customer, your truly are a valued guest!
