[-] bank shut [-] debit card off for attempted fraud without confirming it with [-] and never notified [-].

I have been banking with fnbsi for a while and i am really pleased with their services. They are efficient and reliable. I feel safe with them.

Bad service, never had [-] get [-] change we needed when it was First Stare or with [-] other tellers. [-] guys refused to give us one at a bank REALLY.

Why does [-] website say [-] hours are until 3pm, it's 2:45pm and [-] bank is definitely closed?

[-] here if you like rudeness and condescending attitudes...[-] was great at that... Somehow [-] banks systems [-] was [-] fault... I'm always courteous even when others aren't...but it's like your [-]...unreal

I just want to tell you what a wonderful [-] you have working for you abd tge staff also. I have delt with several banks in [-] liftime and Woodforest is [-] best. your employee [-] is great [-] has helped [-] with so many things because im not computer great but with him I now have mpoble banking as well as pay [-] bills on [-] whitch saves [-] money each month. If you have emplloyee of trhe month [-] i please say it should be him if its [-] location then this is [-] one for that also. I have told all [-] friends about [-] great service so than you for hiring such a great [-] and staff;.

I've used this bank for like 8 or 9 years. Everyone's always been so nice and helpful! Even thigh there seems to be a high turnover [-] [-] employees learn who I am pretty quickly and that is really appreciated!! I have never had 1 problem that wasn't immediately taken care of in [-] 9 years! I recommend this bank and specifically [-] olean ny location to anyone!

Good bank with better than most with polite, helpful, kind clerks that are better than most. I just deal with debit and checking can't rate other services.

[-] customer service In Prattville is horrible. [-] staff and managers are rude.

These guys had [-] lone process [-] for 7 weeks with terrible coruscations. I left several messages ove this 7 week period and [-] [-] branch manager never bothered to call [-] after all those messages. I thought [-] might be on vacation and I called [-] staff at [-] bank and they told [-] [-] was in all week. I asked them to have him get ion touch with [-] and again Nothing! I have a 830 credit score and they couldn't figure it out!!! Lousey bank and customer service!

Denmark branch and Glenmont staff has been very helpful and kind

Dealing with [-] has been great. She is very thorough and responds quickly to emails.

They have a [-] banker , a young girl I believe her name is [-] , that is absolutely [-] best . I was about to stop coming here until this young lady arrived . [-] other ones could learn a thing or two about customer service from her , including [-] manager.

This bank [-]! They never answer their phone; [-] staff is completely unprofessional, unprepared, and really [-]'t know much of anything!

So [-] I have had no [-] with this bank!! Very helpful personnel!!

[-] husband and I had a joint checking account. [-] died in Nov so SSA stopped his Social Security payments in Dec. [-] Social Security benefit was deposited correctly inn Dec, but [-] took it away [-] next day even though SSA did not tell them to put a hold on [-] benefit. No one at [-], either on [-] phone or at this location, could help [-]. [-] representatives at this branch basically told [-] to get SSA to write a letter, which they [-] not [-] since it wasn't their mistake. No one at [-] is willing to help. They told [-] to send [-] email and someone would get back to [-] in a day or so.
