[-] wife and I arrived at [-] Encino branch and were never acknowledged, not even a welcome or a good morning. [-] only response from [-] bank officer was whether we had [-] appointment or not. We were never offered a [-] to renew out CD. A robot would have been more gracious than [-] bank.officer who attended us. Horrible experience, would never come back
