[-] is basically legalized terrorism. They held [-] $10K CD deposit hostage until I did everything except send [-] family bible for identity. I live in Costa [-] and they would not send [-] their" Security [-] " . I'm seeking others with complaints for possible [-] [-] !

Hopless, admant, impractical, completely insetitivity to customer's issues and [-] created by Dicover Bank's own inadequate, impractical and INEFICIENT services to customer to get timely funds transferred in spite of instructions and clarification with providing all [-] Info [-] asked for. Never admitted their own impractical individualisitc rules madeup by each department regardless of requried [-]-ordination for efficient and timely services to customers, Each department seem to have their own narrow individualistice rule even in [-] even if [-] conflict with other department at [-] AND acting as not responsible to anyone higher up like Corporate Office or anyone at [-] TOP. Baiscally worst than Thirdclass service.

[-] bank has basically stolen [-] money. They wont let [-] [-] [-] [-] and although friendly customer service people have tried to help, I still cant get [-] [-] after two weeks.. .

[-]'t put your money in this bank. I have been calling Fraud depatment for days to get [-] 10k refunded. No matter what time of day I receive a recorded [-] either stating there is no one to take mt call or there is a 2 to 3 HOUR wait to speak to [-] agent!!!!!! What [-] you have 2 people answering calls for [-] entire country?.
