[-] review is based off of everything I've been through. I wasn't told there would be a hold on non [-] deposits for [-] first 30 days. Then I asked, after [-] first week. Still didn't tell [-] it was 30 [-] days. Has put a hold on [-] card for multiple things. Won't let [-] allocate [-] funds [-] I see fit. Gives [-] [-] run around when I try to figure it out. Want [-] to call [-] BBB, considering, they holding [-] funds hostage and [-] only let [-] allocate them, [-] way they see fit. Refuse to talk to [-] through email, but convienently are in [-] office when I call. They hate crypto, are scared of it, and won't let [-] invest. Cost [-] over $4000 dollars by not letting [-] invest. Overall garbage. If I [-]'t get a response tomorrow, onondau, from them, I'm calling [-] BBB, AND opening a [-] account elsewhere
