This review is for a NY branch. Very rude customer service rep was trying to make a [-] pitch and kept evading questions
Customer Service is all outsourced! Every single time I call customer service for something all of [-] phone calls are outsourced at HSBC bank [-] for [-] sole purpose of cheap overseas labor and it [-]! I'm about to dump them and no longer [-] [-] with them. HSBC got huge tax cuts along with every other [-] yet they are never satisfied and can't even give Americans jobs. I [-]'t want to talk to someone with some accent in [-] or some other country I live in [-] [-] and I expect to speak to someone in [-] [-] and since that doesn't seem to be possible it's time to dump HSBC and spread [-] word with social media to boycott them.

They never answer [-] phone....been waiting over a week for someone from [-] fraud [-]. to contact [-] back. I am disgusted with their level of service
