They told me I could make my cu that sent the money put through a hold harmless to reverse the funds, however, my credit union warned me about sending funds to them so I do not know want them to have to deal with trying to get access and my money out of that account. I tried closing the account and they informed me since it is on hold they can not close the account either. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have had XXXX calls with Citizens Access. They continued to send me bank statements however because my account is on hold I can not even access the statements.
