Less than 1 [-] if i could. Recently [-] bank acquired First [-] Banks at [-] [-] of [-] Ozarks. Recently while going through [-] drive through [-] teller addressed [-] by Mr. (last name) then later by [-] first name then asked [-] what [-] occupation was. [-] occupation is none of [-] banks [-]. This was all over [-] intercom system. Easy way for identity theft. [-] teller [-] they were required to ask [-] question. Again I [-] it was none of their [-]. All I want out of a bank is to take [-] money when i deposit it and give it to [-] when I withdraw it. What I [-] for a living is absolutely none of your [-]. What if some wack [-] is listening and [-] sweetheart of a wife answers and tells them now that person knows her name and place of [-]. I'd highly recommend you reverse this policy, if not you [-] find yourself with less customer. I even called [-] bank president and since [-] couldn't answer any of [-] questions i asked him to get [-] in touch with someone higher on [-] food chain. I've yet to get a response.
