Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX my bank credit card was charged for a XXXX purchase of {$36.00}. This purchase is valid. On the same date and time my bank credit card was also charged {$200.00} by a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This transaction was not authorized. The XXXX employee charged my charged my card on his personal cell phone after he charged my card for the XXXX purchase. I disputed this charge with my bank where they gave me a provisional credit back to my account. I was then notified via letter that my bank denied my dispute stating it was an authorized transaction and withdrew their {$200.00} provisional credit. On XX/XX/XXXX I want to the bank and spoke with an employee who was able to print my transaction history showing both purchased were done at the same day and time. She said she would reopen the dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. After I left the back onXXXX I went to the XXXX location to see if I could handle this issue civilly. The XXXX manager told me I needed to file a police report as I'm not the fist victim this happened to and there is already an investigation into this now terminated employee stealing customers money. My bank should of done their due diligence as it clearly shows on my account both transactions were done on the same day and exact time.
