We’ve been banking with Jonesboro State Bank for decades now and are third generation customers. They feel like family to us. They have been a crucial part of our small family [-]’ success. They have stuck with us through thick and thin and are always there when we need them. [-] entire JSB [-] is professional, capable and friendly. I highly recommend Jonesboro State Bank.
VERY BAD.
I have nothing but good things to say about [-] service and [-] people at this location. I moved 20 [-] away and still [-] [-] checking account there. And they pay a higher rate of interest on [-] checking account balance than you can get on a one year CD
They have been great so [-]. Had [-] account since they opened and it's like having [-] own personal banker. I enjoy [-] personal touch a smaller, newer bank offers and they have really good people. It's beyond refreshing to come from a mega bank like BOA to a smaller more personable bank. BOA lost [-] because they weren't paying attention...OSB is keeping [-] because they [-]! Thank you OSB!
TrustCo is a wonderful place to [-] our banking. [-] staff makes us feel so welcome and are so helpful with any need or concern we have We learned
about TrustCo from listening to [-] [-] [-] show on [-] [-] and what [-] says is so true.
