Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I attempted to deposit two checks into my business account a check from XXXX XXXX and I deposited them the incorrect way so Chase bank rejected the deposit so I sent the check back to the originator had them put my name on the check and she sent me back another check to deposit as well for services rendered from my company XXXX I have already had previous checks clear from this company when I called to inquire as to why I cant get some of my money, because this is a business and you have to keep running and if youre taking my money and holding it up there, I cant get things done so I spoke with a guy and he told me to give it till XX/XX/XXXX which is when the hold will come off I asked to speak with a supervisor as well to understand why this is the third time they have made my account go negative and they have not released the hold, so I speak with a supervisor and the supervisor asked me well why did the lady send me a check without my name on the check and I said that I except all forms of legal tendered deposits or payment for my services rendered and I did not have an answer for that. I told him to ask her and at that point he told me mm, were not gon na take the hold off. Nor are we going to clear your balance and release the hold on the checks so with that thats straight up discrimination because theyre not doing anybody else like that my account is still right now today- {$9500.00} when they have my money they have the check the money has been released from the other bank and theyre still choosing not to clear my account and give me the money that my client paid me. This is Chase Bank. Once they found out that I was XXXX things went very very sour and with thats when they hung up on me and I have not talk to anyone since I am planning on calling back this morning. That is my complaint

Complaint: I had scammer hack into my checking account from chase bank ending in XXXX and reverse some charges I never got and alert from chase I disputed the charges but chase said XXXX XXXX was a third party and there is nothing they could do about it and sent the money to XXXX XXXX to an account that didnt belong to me the scammer created an account in my name and took the money tried to explain to XXXX XXXX what happen and they said because I did so many XXXX XXXX they felt like these where authorize charges the never investigated they just assume because I used XXXX XXXX alot the charges was authorize this has cause my rent checks to bounce and my account into the negative with chase if you could help me I would greatly appreciate it thank you the amount was for XXXX
